Brady's team made our loan process faster and easier than any other broker and bank we considered. Brady is great at explaining exactly what you need to know about the process, and they helped us close Escrow fast. They were also the only brokers that were able to give us an underwritten pre-approval letter with only a soft credit pull. For people who are careful with their credit, that's a big plus. We highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Brady Thomas highly enough. I've worked with him twice and he worked miracles for us. Brady is so experienced and CALM that I call him a Mortgage Whisperer. Brady and his whole team are fantastic to work with: prompt, friendly and professional the whole way through. From getting my pre-approval set up quickly, through the whole loan process, the team was on top of everything…my 21-day Escrow even closed early! I found Brady through friends who had received his info. from their friends, and it’s obvious why people pass his name along: This is the team to work with.
