Brady and his team performed a miracle in getting us funded for our new house! CA (and a lot of other places) almost necessitate not having contingencies in your offer to be competitive, which can be nerve wracking, but we were in good hands with Brady. There was also some delay on our end that had to do with bank bureaucracy, but Brady and his team picked up the slack and got the lender to fund our loan in record time. We were lucky to have them in our corner.

We are so glad that we went with Team Thomas. You would be crazy not to do the same!
