Brady & Matt hit it out of the park. I can't begin to tell you how efficient, friendly and on top of things these guys were. I closed two loans simultaneously & didn't have to call once to follow up on anything as they were always keeping me in the loop for everything through out the whole loan process. Very quick, we had to wait on the seller. Brady and his assistant Matt were on the ball, communicated well, and got us where we needed to be in the time frame we required.
Brady responded to my emails and calls at all times of day. He was always there for us during the closing process. We would use him again for our next home purchase.
I was referred to Brady by my agent and needless to say it was the best referral yet. This was my first time buying a home and was incredibly nervous. Brady was very responsive throughout the process. Paperwork was sometimes duplicative and burdensome, but I suppose that is part of the process. Overall, it went well.
