Brady & Matt hit it out of the park. I can't begin to tell you how efficient, friendly and on top of things these guys were. I closed two loans simultaneously & didn't have to call once to follow up on anything as they were always keeping me in the loop for everything through out the whole loan process. Very quick, we had to wait on the seller. Brady and his assistant Matt were on the ball, communicated well, and got us where we needed to be in the time frame we required.

Brady was very responsive throughout the process. Paperwork was sometimes duplicative and burdensome, but I suppose that is part of the process. Overall, it went well.
