We've enjoyed working with Brady & his team & we've already recommended him to others. We've had a challenging escrow & home buying experience, with lots of changes, ups & downs. Brady is extremely responsive. I like how he gets back to us within 10-15 minutes pretty much round the clock. He usually knows and answers all our questions and concerns, but if he doesnt knot it will only be a matter of waiting 10-15 minutes before he figures it and gets back to us. Very timely, knowledgeable and great help for first time home buyers.

Brady helped us to go from initial inquiry to closing in 45 days over the Christmas holidays. I am currently in the process of closing my house here on Maui. Brady and his team have been wonderful. I get almost immediate responses to my inquiries during business hours and even sometimes on weekends. These guys are really looking out for me. Since I am currently in temporary housing as my home on the mainland has already closed, Brady is trying to have my new house here close in a matter of weeks instead of the typical 30 to 60 days. The rating category for "likely to recommend" is far too low for Brady and his team. Instead of "highly likely", his rating is "absolutely, positively, undoubtedly" we recommend working with Brady to friends and associates. This is our second experience with Brady, Jane and Brandy. The first was when we purchased our home in Wailea. The most recent was a refinance of our mortgage that Brady suggested because of current interest rates. His team's process is flawless.
