I did not think I would be able to purchase a home this year, but Brady discussed a loan program that I was not aware I would qualify for. Once pre-approved, he was responsive as I ran scenarios through him on various properties before I chose the one to make an offer on. He kept me posted as to the status throughout the escrow process and we we hit a hiccup towards the end (circumstances outside of his and my control) he and his team jumped through hoops to make sure the escrow still closed on time.
