"First car" It was the second time for me to come here to buy my first car. The first time I came here is to help my friend pick up his GTi. Since he chose Oscar, I chose Oscar, too. Oscar was very polite and patient to me during the whole process, which reduces the time on deciding which Golf to buy. When it was the day for me to pick up my car, the weather was not so good, and he contacted me to see whether I wanted to reschedule the delivery date, very considerate.
"Happy and friendly employees " I came into bramgatevw looking to purchase a new car, rite away a sales person approached me and offered his help. Jiri Kazda the sales person was very poliet and very helpful he answered my questions and offered to take me For a test drive on a 2016 Jetta tsi The car was great as we proceed to fill in the application he was still poliet and very helpful I'll rate of 10/10
"Finally my turn" My husband as bought 2 GTI's from Hugh and now it was finally my turn. We contacted Hugh and within the hour he had sent us 2 quotes to look at. We went up to test drive the vehicles and found my prefect match. Hugh listened to what we wanted to pay and the features we were interested in. He found the exact car I wanted. Now I have my Volkswagen!!!
"Car purchase" Daniel was very knowledgeable on the cars. he had the right mix of relaxed attention which put us at ease. We had no feeling of being manipulated or pressured. Was straightforward and professional.
