"Great experience " I had a fantastic experience buying my first car at Bramgate VW. The customer service was excellent. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy, and made sure I got everything I wanted. He made the process easy, and was always available to answer questions by phone or email. There was a minor problem with the windshield wiper but it got fixed free of cost without issue. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

"Vehicle purchase" The stuff was very informative, provided suggestions and recommended the car and described it in great details. The purchasing process was to the point no wasted words or unnecessary information. Overall the system is very efficient and the car is great.
"A pleasant experience" I recently bought a new Golf from Bramgate Volkswagen. It was the first time I bought a VW. At the dealership I primarily dealt with Oscar and Hugh. "Pleasant Sales Experience" We have known John Forth for many years and bought from him before and we have been a customer of Bramgate for the last 40 years ( also parts, collision etc.) This time we knew what we wanted, a used Tiguan and John showed us what was available and gave us a good price for our trade-in.
