"Great Restraint With Difficult Customers " I bought a 2012 Golf from their used car lot on Queen St. I will admit I was a difficult customer from day one yet, the various sales staff I dealt with were very patient with me. They not only met but, exceeded my list of demands. They made the transition from old to new (to me) seamless and painless.
