DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BRAMGATE. DISASTER! Worst customer service l've ever encountered. And this is of course after purchasing a car from Bramgate. Let's just say the used car salesman Ali was ASLEEP in his chair when I came to purchase the car. Mouth open completely asleep!! After losing a days pay. Just Came back from the dealership. Being quoted over the phone a different price, when I arrived the price was much higher. I spoke with the manager in the service department the best he can do is give me 15% off. Clearly they knew they were wrong. After losing a days pay. "I would have to pay almost $100 to remove 4 nuts" Had a warranty service done recently at Bramgate, few weeks later noticed that my lock nut key for the rim was missing from the trunk when I try to change to snow tires. 15 phone calls later, found out that this key cannot be replaced on its own. I can't really proof that the key was remove by Bramgate so the decision is to remove this stupid lock nuts. "Booked tiguan R line with black interior gave us white inter" After the final paperwork and collecting a key to drive tiguan r line home.This guy says we have a white interior instead of black interior. We cancel the R line all together from this bramgate.This guy thinks he is doing a favour for the customers and customers are obligated to listen to him.

"My car was not ready to be delivered" My car was delivered with a "Oil Change Due" service reminder appearing which no one noticed during the delivery process (except me). The car was delivered without an owner's manual that was supposed to be mailed to me (but still hasn't shown up more than a week after delivery). "Customer service could be better" Purchased a Tiguan and identified a few issues when receiving vehicle. Took a while to get confirmation on receiving the missing part as I had to call the dealership myself asking for this item. Took 4 months and went in for additional service. Never checked for recalls even though their were 2, had to ask them to check after service was completed. "Lacking customer service" Do not handle there customer efficiently, effectively, diligently and with respect. Do not value customers time. Seems like Vehicle PDI was not done. Waste customer valuable time.
