"Could Have Done Better" Could Have Done Better. Did Not Felt Confident. On Delivery Of New Vehicle Few Things Were Not Working. Did Not Get Any Satisfied Answer Other Than Turn Off Restart The Car. No Follow Up. Other Than Taking Money From Me, No Customer Service. Customer Service In Front Not Impressive. It Was Mine First Volkswagen New Vehicle. Earlier Dealt With Other Brands Was Very Happy.
"Regret Buying from this Dealership" Bought a car on Friday was suppose to be delivered Tuesday (4 days after). The finance lady made me feel like was buying junk by telling me what could go wrong with the vehicle. That she worked at ford before and knows whats faulty and I should buy there extended warranty for a absurd amount of money. I was called on the Monday by the sales manager and was told the delivery might be delayed due to a crack on the mirror until Wednesday to wait for a call to confirm. "Trading my favorite Passat Diesel with (no choice) PassatTSI" Excellent service. But missing a touch of personal service. The salesperson's cabins are too congested and there is no privacy at all. The customer can not concentrate when other people are looking at you.

"Mk6 VW GTI - 86,XXX Service" Perhaps and oversight, but either case not impressed....A while back I had taken to Bramgate to get sparkplugs done. After the warranty was up I took the car to a non-dealer VAG specialist because of a misfire. I was advised by my non-dealer VAG specialist that it looks like the sparkplugs has never been changed before... "Perfect Survey was all he cared about" Although Jiri provided us with a good price on the vehicle that I purchased, his integrity came into question when the survey we provided was not a "perfect score". During the sales process we asked for a trunk liner in place of the monster mats he was offering us. Jiri ASKED us for a "perfect survey" in exchange for the trunk liner. "Was great at first" Am a VW fan love these cars, Got myself a passat very nice car my only problem is this after paying for the car in full two days later my try to used the GPS guess what? its not working went back twice and was told they will call me when they can help. thats what happens when they got your money already so not happy.
"It was a great experience." I was given a lot of attention to my needs.The only thing I was disappointed in was when I purchased the extended warranty. I was told if I didn't use it I would receive a cheque for 2000.00. When I picked up my new car I asked about it.And was told it would only be 1000.00 or if i wanted the 2000.00 I would have to apply for a credit for work done at the Dealership.It seems abit complicad. And I only have 30days to do this. After the warranty.
