The service was great when I was at the location (to get the deal and later to get the car) but the email-contact and phone contact inbetween was a bit poor at some stages . Sadly everyone directed questions to the Finance department of Dr. Oetker rather than contacting me who is would be responsible for the car and pays for it.

Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to get my first oil change and just noticed that 6 bolts from the oil pan cover were missing. They were friendly I was always informed about what was happening, I was never kept waiting. I originally went to the dixie dealership and they were horrible! I would never recommend them to anyone!
