I had my tires mounted there in October and recently discovered that the dealership mounted them inside out, when the tires clearly have marked on them which side does on the inside of the wheel and which side goes on the outside. We visited a few dealerships trying to get the best value for our trade in and also trying to take advantage of the year end clearance sale discounts. The service was great when I was at the location (to get the deal and later to get the car) but the email-contact and phone contact inbetween was a bit poor at some stages . Sadly everyone directed questions to the Finance department of Dr. Oetker rather than contacting me who is would be responsible for the car and pays for it.

"Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to..." Hello, I was at your dealership a few months back to get my first oil change and just noticed that 6 bolts from the oil pan cover were missing. The only reason I noticed this was when the car was lifted when I was getting my summer wheels put on at Euroline Performance. I was in the shop while the tech, Peter lifted the car and showed me. They were friendly I was always informed about what was happening, I was never kept waiting. I originally went to the dixie dealership and they were horrible! I would never recommend them to anyone!
