"Nothing but love" I met Jiri by chance in 2015, when I yelled to him from my less than pleasing (to me) 2015 Mazda, about how beautiful his red Golf was. He said "you want one?" I said "I really do! "Not enough words!!!" So my dodge started giving me a lot of issues Causing me to visit the mechanic 4 times in six months. Got fed up and started shopping around for a new vehicle. "Worst customer service" These guys kept us waiting for 2 hours and did all stuff and formalities and in the end the sales manager denied to provide the car with stupid reasons which are only available at VolksWagen here. Will never buy their car.
"Joanne has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced!" CAUTION! Stay away from Joanne! She is completely unprofessional, and does not know how to handle inquires. I am very close to making a formal complaint with VW Canada of her service, however oh wait, she doesn't believe that VW Canada is the same as VW Credit...lmao. "Worst experience " My husband and I walked into the dealership and were finally approached by a salesperson 15 minutes after walking around. The salesperson gave one word answers and was not helpful at all. Unlike every other dealership, where the salesperson shows you different options, this salesperson seemed like he just wanted us to leave. I would still consider buying VW because of the beautiful cars but never at this dealership.
"Issues of Purchasing" The process of buying a new car and trading in my used VW included several issues, some small, some of greater concern. "Never again Unable to diagnose their own product" I should have learned my lesson about this dealership last year when they burned a family member but I thought I would give them 1 more shot. Big mistake. Never again. Georgetown may be a bit farther away, but their service department is far more competant. I love my VW but despise the service department.
"poor customer care " i bought golf 2015. everything was good. i asked to marco orellana bill of sale and ownnership on my company name but he said to me you can change ownership any time just go to ministry and they will change for you at no extra cost. it was 5 minute job for him or bramgate volkswagon to change the ownership without any extra cost but he didn't want to spent 5 minute for this paper work and he didn't change name on invoice because he didn't want to spent any time to change any paper after i call to minist... read more
