We purchased our first home back in May, 2019 and accepted whatever interest rate we could get to just get in the door. Brandon Cobb was the most efficient Loan Officer we have ever worked with. He told us we would close within 30 days of completing our loan application, and he accomplished that without any complications. I got to Brandon through a Costco program, the rate was amazing and I was skeptic at first. Brandon stood behind every word and the rate was real. He was available to any question I had and beyond normal hours. He was very efficiant and in every step before the signatures he would let me k ow what to expect and when.
