We refinanced during the March 2020 frenzy. The process was incredibly smooth and we closed on time. Brandon was a great communicator throughout the process. I don’t think we will ever refinance again since our rate is so low, but I would recommend Brandon to anyone and everyone.

Brandon was super efficient in our refinance process. When the rates we wanted became available - he reached out fast and helped us get it. Sailing through the details of the closing process was very smooth as well. We highly recommend him! I was only a few weeks out from closing and had to fire a different lender. Brandon came in and was able to get me closed on time still. I saved tons of money with him too! Very communicative and quick to respond. I have ready been referring him out. If you want a lender to be straight with you, have very lows fees and do what he says, Brandon is your guy!

Given the volatility in the market due to the COVID-19 threat, and the potential for reduced interest rates, we inquired about a refi with cash out to accomplish some home improvements. Brandon thanks for making this online refinance a winner. It’s crazy how one can make such a huge transaction without meeting face to face! However, after talking with Brandon for the first time I knew he was trustworthy and honest. Brandon always replied either by phone, text or email.
