It was a pleasure getting my home refinancing done through Brandon, very responsive and helpful. I have already referred Brandon to my friends. Highly recommended. However, I have yet to receive letters from Strong Home Mortgage, so I do not yet know how good is the customer service quality of Strong Home Mortgage. It did provide one of the lowest interest rates compared to other lenders when I searched on Costco.

I found Brandon via the Costco website. I admit I was kind of nervous working with a loan officer not located in my city, but Brandon is extremely easy to work with. He provided excellent advice, the best rate, and was very responsive to every question I had. Closing was done at our kitchen table. This was a great experience.

Brandon was very helpful and prompt in response during refinance. He was able to waive the appraisal fee and lower the title insurance cost. Closing was very easy as well.
