Brandon helped us refinance our home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the flood of refinancing across the US due to low interest rates, it was hard to get a response from other competitors. Brandon was always quick to respond, sometimes at very early hours in the morning and was very professional. Strong Mortgage was already setup to work remote so it was easy to check our portal and submit paperwork and see the status of our submission. Brandon was easy to talk to and available 24/7 either by phone, text or email. By far he was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he has the ability to explain a complex process with simple common language. Bottom line numbers don’t lie, Strong Home mortgage has the best competitive rates on the market, online tools, customer service and all-around excellence.

My husband I purchase our new home. Both of us are from Bulgaria and buying a house in USA it is not as easy as buying in Bulgaria. Having a good loan officer is extremely important. Brandon was so helpful, any questions we had or concerns he was there for us. He works very fast and efficient. I am highly recommending him.
