It was a pleasure to work with Brandon Cobb. He was very detailed and thorough from my very first phone call that almost lasted 3 hours. Brandon was also very accommodating with my specific needs. Brandon reached out to me while I was shopping around for some home mortgages. I went to him with 2 other pretty good offers from two other financial institutions. He beat them both at the rates and closing costs. He was very responsive to emails and calls (even during the weekend or VERY late at night). Working with Brandon you get the sense of urgency and competitiveness that the other two financial institutions failed to provide.
