Brandon got me set up very quickly and took the time to explain every last detail for me. The best part of it was he was very very detailed and to the point which was very pleasant. Everything went great and on time, although because I like being able to review things in advance I would suggest that you guys try to deliver all details and documents few days prior to the closing and not on the closing day. But I understand our buying process had a very short timeline and I appreciate you working with that.

Brandon Cobb came highly recommended by a family freind. Initial contact Brandon relented to my request to just look at the details of my purchase contract. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about the loan process, helpful and patient, and always available to us whenever we needed him. I can only concentrate on important stuff after the kids are in bed, so he took our loan application over the phone at 10pm one night! I knew right then he's the guy for us.
