Brandon was great! It was my first time going through the home buying process and when I started I knew pretty much nothing. I wasn't certain at the time I had the finances to be able to buy instead of rent, but Brandon took the time to go through all of my options looked at where I was with my finances and now I'm a homeowner! He was quick to respond, always willing to answer my (many) questions. Highly recommend

We needed to refi a higher than desired 1st, and a high 2nd into one manageable, lower interest loan. We were concerned about loan to value and if we would even be able to refi (not because of our credit rating, but because of appraised value. Brandon made it easy, did all the work, and solved this challenge for us. I would refer friends and family to him if they are in the need to refi. Thanks Brandon!

Brandon thoroughly explained the loan process (several times), and was very knowledgeable about VA loans. What I liked the most was that he was available to answer questions after normal working hours.

Brandon Cobb was great to work with. We changed our minds regarding title twice during the loan process and he made it happen without hesitation. The amount of information required to qualify for a loan is very tedious and time consuming. Brandon did an excellent job of guiding us through it all.

Brandon was so helpful and professional. He explained the different loan that were available to us. He explained the loan application process and as well as gathering the documents necessary to complete the loan approval process. Brandon was able to put together a separate loan that other loan companies were not willing to touch. Altogether saving us a bunch of money. Brandon was patient, helpful, professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We close in two days.
