the web site just leave you hanging with a please wait sign (pretending like it is hung up on something when the real issue is that there is an incomplete field - when a field is incomplete user should be directed to the field. Also there were two different pictures displayed on the griddle i ordered - still not clear if they are different or different angles so I am not sure what I am really getting
