I placed an order online but took 10 mins. for it to be processed. I hit the submit order processing box, but got a message of "please wait". After 3 mins I decided to used your chat box and was told these things happen and a Taylor would call me and he did not. So I decided I'd click the "Please Wait" submit order box again and it finally took my order. I know computer glitches happen, but I never got a call either. The item I want says Free Shipping yet when checking out,I am being charged $10.

Promo says "free shipping", but I was billed $10
Chat feature good, search on website horrible, unable to find anything
I placed an order yesterday over the phone and the rep didn't know ow many rods the heatshileds required, so she place an order for 2 10 packs and each unit needs 18 rods and I have 3 of them. She also charged for shipping and the website says free shipping.
I am ordering for delivery in Canada. Is this 'international' shipping ?! Is this priced in US or CAD $ (and which credit card should I use to avoid a conversion fee, CAD or USD?) The 'chat with us' we are "always available" comes back and says "we are offline and will get back to you next business day" seems like a misrepresentation and sets up wrong expectation.
