Website sucks. Too many annoying poppy..chat, Covid, etc. took me 3 times to process a simple order.
when finishing my order the first time it emptied my cart and i had to start all over
I ordered a very particular item that had been discontinued and someone decided it would be okay to ship something else that somewhat resembled my item. I decided to keep the incorrect item for some future meat smoking endeavors. This is a classic example of why I don't like to order stuff online ...seems like there's always an issue
