This was my wife and I's second loan with Brandy and Heather at First Federal. We have worked with many lenders over the years and Brandy's team at First Federal is by far the best! Both loans have closed on time with no hassles which I have found to be the case with other lenders. First Federal offers great interest rates and low closing fees. We will surely be back if we ever purchase another property!

If you want to work with someone who can answer any question you have while being reachable at all hours, Brandy is the choice for you. She was fantastic with the details and made the confusing paperwork easy to understand. I could not recommend someone more than Brandy. I am so glad our friends sent us to her and we will always do the same.

First Federal and Brandy Campbell were great in helping us secure our loan. We had a unique circumstance and she was able to assist. We got a good rate and closing costs were the same or less than other options we looked at. She was able to give a detailed and accurate estimate of closing costs prior to establishing a purchase contract. She was also available to provide proof of approval even during odd weekend hours.
