Brandy and her colleagues were so very helpful in the process of buying our first home. She's a wonderful combination of professional and light-hearted! She easily managed the mountain of paperwork our loan required, explained things in layman's terms, and kept us in the loop through it all. We will definitely be recommending her to friends.
Brandy was very attentive and very accommodating. She made the process extremely easy even though we lived over 4 hours away and were buying a home in a community we knew little about. She is very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased homes before, but Brandy by far did the best job of any mortgage lender we have used.
