Brandy was able to make a difficult loan work for us. She kept in communication with us and was able to make all of the stars align. Not only did we get the loan, we got it for a great interest rate that was lower than what we expected.
I appreciate having my refinance completed with a lender in my community. What could be better with this process is as our communities premier home lender to update their software to allow the customer the option of bi-weekly payments.
