I have never had a loan officer who made buying a home and getting a mortgage so easy and stress free. Even when things got a little rough, Brandy was there to help the process along, make suggestions and complete the deal. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from another state is even more convoluted. Brandy, with the help of the internet made the process go smoothly and quickly. Brandy was able to make a difficult loan work for us. She kept in communication with us and was able to make all of the stars align. Not only did we get the loan, we got it for a great interest rate that was lower than what we expected.

I appreciate having my refinance completed with a lender in my community. What could be better with this process is as our communities premier home lender to update their software to allow the customer the option of bi-weekly payments.

Brandy was very attentive and very accommodating. She made the process extremely easy even though we lived over 4 hours away and were buying a home in a community we knew little about. She is very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased homes before, but Brandy by far did the best job of any mortgage lender we have used.
