Brandy at First Federal Bank & Trust helped me and my husband secure the mortgage for the purchase of our home in Sheridan. Brandy was personable, communicative, and extremely helpful. The application process was painless and Brandy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our out-of-state bank was being difficult. Additionally, Brandy and First Federal had the best interest rates of all the lenders we considered.
Although I started with 1 loan officer and ended with another the whole process was seamless. All of the ladies were pleasant and very helpful. I got the deal I wanted.

They went out of their way to accommodate our cross-country move, from making time to talk with us on short notice to arranging a courtesy closing near our old home.
