The move in process went very well and staff was very helpful. She explained everything to us and had everything ready for when we moved in. there were no surprises and we had maintenance come out for the first time this week. They came very fast and fixed the issues that we were experiencing that day. We are very satisfied with The Hamilton Company and would recommend them to family and friends.Â

Took care of the issue! Replaced the disposal, was respectful of my things, and cleaned up his mess! Very grateful! Didn’t know the “no caller ID” was maintenance tho or I would have answered sooner! No complaints from me tho!Â
