Of course when I started out the deal everything sounded perfect but then it got worse real quick. One of the biggest things that I liked about the place and would have recommended was their policy of giving car rentals when your car breaks down. Because for some houses a car from Brent-A-Car credit is all that the family has to get them back and forth where they need to go. I put a deposit down on a car we did Not end up with any car. The prices where way to much for the condition of the vehicles. Also the process to be approved for a car was very unprofessional and took way to long for what they offer. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received my deposit back and I can’t seem to talk to our salesman Gordy or any manager
they lie on your application and then tell you that they are required too!
I have had my 2010 jeep Patriot for 2 years now. nothing but issues with it. i purchased the vehicle in March of 2019. When I purchased it, I had a work order to fix the fan in the front end for the ac/heat. had it fixed and 2 months later it started again. That itself has now gotten worse. very upset with this company right now. got a car back in March of 2020, 2 weeks later it needed a new transmission. then couple months later tire kept losing air, I took it down and they said nothing was wrong with tire, tire is still losing air. now here it is inspection time and they are telling me that it needs all new control arms and ball joints. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks. You will get a car that will have constant issues. They have worked on mine multiple times now and have yet to fix an issue from 11 months ago.. My car is a 2015 and has had over $3,000 in garage expenses. I haven’t even owned it for a year.
What terrible experience. Brittany Zorn is an absolutely terrible terrible car associate. Definitely not saleswoman material. Basically told me I was lying because I made a mistake on the application. Maybe she should just continue to be an optician instead of a “car salesperson”. Disgraceful and the cars aren’t even worth their salt. How embarrassing.
This company is praying on people with bad credit. Their methods will only get people into more credit trouble. They are selling cars 2x-3x there actual fair market value. A 2015 Chevy Sonic is no where near being worth 13k, try 6k. A 2020 base model is 12/13k. Think about it, 3-4 years down the road something goes wrong with the car, gotta get another one, you're so upside down on your loan, you owe 4x what the car is worth. Also, who the heck doesn't take cash payment for anything?WTF! Run! Run away from this company!!!!
