This is my 3rd car from Brenner and the last 2 have required a new transmission before it is even paid off. when I called asking if they could help me out with repairs and add to end of loan I was told they don't normally help out with that stuff and I would have to get 2 quotes from 2 different garages then they will determine if they can help at all. Absolute crooks. Cannot post my experience with them currently as I am in the process of a lawsuit against them. Just had to contact PennDot because of an illegal inspection they did on my car as well. They will be seeing a fine and probably losing their inspection license after I send PennDot a copy of my failed inspection from a seperate inspection station.
Recommendedso my wife and I paid off the Jeep / how long does it take to get the title I believe we paid it all back in July this is November still no title . Williamsport .
dont back up warranty I got a car there air conpresser went out
we tryed to get a car threw them and was turned down .but somebody who has no job gets approved .very poor service .the guy wasted our time told us on phone we was approved and get all the way there to tell us he cant help .
I was in desperate need of a vehicle so bought from Brenner. Within the first two months I had to replace the front hubs, and now the electronic stability control and traction control has failed. Never again!

KBB has my car valued at approximately 6200. (This is using the very good condition option) . I believe the total cost that I'm paying is 15000. Now the interest rate is I think 16% which is less than the max for PA. But the way they do it is up the price on the car. Now my husband and I are both working on our credit and luckily we make enough we can afford the higher payments. I believe our term is 2.5 years. We ideally will pay off early. Called to make my first payment on time, not a day late. Then got a text message from them the next morning saying I missed my payment! After the person on the phone the day before had me spell my first and last name. Now I will have to spend time on the phone trying to straighten out their mess. How can they help u rebuild credit when they can’t even figure out when payments are made? Seriously ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE. What did they do with my payment???
