My vehicle was shut off for not having the right deductible. I was sent a text stating they need my updated insurance because it was showing expired . So I sent in the updated insurance within 24hours and they still shut off my vehicle . So during this whole thing they have shut my car off three times. I had made a payment over the phone they ran my card for the $210 owed and then again for $140 I only had $350 on that card so there that goes. Brenner's gets $350 and I'm left with nothing they shut my car off. I am an Emergency Medical Technician and an essential employee who has not had any benefits from this pandemic. there cars break down to much and charge way to much when they are not the value of them
Got my car in May 2019 by November 2019 it wasn’t running. Asked for them to fix it but it was “out of warranty”, they wanted to take it look at it and add any costs or repairs to the end of my loan and make my payments higher. Of course I said no. Called and told them to come get it. Now it’s going on my report as a repo, I’m not the first that’s dealt with these issues. I tried to get a car through them. They told me I needed more income. I was working 2 jobs and had plenty of income. They still denied me but they approved a woman I know who didn't work at all and her husband only had a part time job making minimum wage. Go figure.
had my dad with me who i pay rent to and his word was not good enough as rent so they said my rent was 300% more than it was
Worst dealer ever, car had electrical issues, overpriced and not only to find out vehicle was involved in a big accident few years back. Never again. 👎🏽👎🏽
