This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. When I had my car from them it was terrible then and now my sister has a car from them and not only did they charge her an extra $150 for a made up missed payment, but when she called to make a payment to have her car back on she called at 9am and it’s 11:30 am and they have taken the money out of her account at 9am this morning and the car still isn’t on. This place is a joke. Go to any other buy here pay here place instead of this one.
Their service department is the worst, they “fix” cars by trying and error! Don’t go to this place please!!! they had my car for over 24 hours and they weren’t able to fix it! Charging $120 dollars for nothing!! then when I called them to said it they acted so unprofessional is a shame because the part that my car needed cost $11 dollars at auto-part they are the worst service that I know
They don't take cash as payment, forced to do loan with insterest.
The car lot is a joke went there they turned me down haha ! Went out and bought a brand new car the fallowing day ! And they would never give me my pay stubs back ! The old man that’s in mifflintown is miserable disrespectful it’s a joke your hole lot
I don’t appreciate being ignored by the management staff and I don’t appreciate making a payment and only half of it Is credited to my account and it is most certainly not the first time I’ve been ignored. I am totally disgusted with Leidy’s Car Credit. This is how very loyal customers are treated. (I purchased 7 vehicles) Brenner has made VERY GOOD money off us!
Absolute worst customer service, insane interest rates, and if you're even a minute late forget about using your vehicle. They will remotely disable your ignition.
Helped my daughter buy a car from here and it’s been in the garage 4 times now. Right after she got it the air bag light came on and she called and it was one week out of warranty and they said not my problem. Not very professional people if you want my opinion. I’ve called twice to the Mifflintown lot and talked to 2 different people that they took my number and we’re going to have higher up call me and nothing. I feel so bad for my daughter that pays $420 a month for a car and it’s in the garage more then she’s driving it ... read more
Worst experience ever such a unprofessional bussiness ! Can not wait to be done paying for my car
Credit does matter even if they say it doesn't. Could've saved everyone an hour or more if they would've answered me honestly upfront. The language coming from the gentleman in the other office was unprofessional. Chatter about other customers who were recently there was a bit sickening. If you have to go here, call and get your answers on the phone. The services they advertise on their site are not 100% accurate.
