I feel like his communication skills or customer service manners could be improved so the customer has a better experience and not feel so much anxiety as they read his what feels like, plain one worded texts. I did get approved for my loan and did close on the house after a few undesirable bumps on the road and I’m VERY thankful for his help. So this is not a complain, just honest feedback for improvement.
