Always had weekly updates from Beth and always very nice to talk to as was Brent he was always available to answer any concerns or questions I had if he wasn’t available at the time I would leave voicemail and he would always get back to me as soon as he could usually within the next hour or less.

Brent was very personable and always went out of his way to assist. I do think that Theresa Paula can do a better job reaching out to Brent regarding what information has been gathered. We had to send the same information once to Brent and then sometimes twice to Theresa. Otherwise it was an overall great Experiance. We will be reaching out to Brent for all home buying needs.
