I believe that in the beginning, the process started off to a rocky start. My parents and I felt like we were being asked of the same things over and over again and it felt very disorganized which was discouraging. However, toward the end of our experience, his service and attentiveness improved. I still feel as though our experience was not a great one, therefore it was just ok.

Brent was the one person who we felt really cared about our situation. He was not great but wonderful, amazing He went above and beyond for us.
He’s very professional and easy to talk to. he will do everything to help us, text call and email he will answer you right away.
Brent was very good to communicate with. He made sure to answer all my questions and was able to set up appointments that fit my schedule to address any issues or concerns that I've had. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the process.
