I believe that in the beginning, the process started off to a rocky start. My parents and I felt like we were being asked of the same things over and over again and it felt very disorganized which was discouraging. However, toward the end of our experience, his service and attentiveness improved. I still feel as though our experience was not a great one, therefore it was just ok.
