Brian was referred to me by one of my friend . We were looking for 30 year fixed mortgage rates and had no idea about ARM option . Brian and his team at Fairway were awesome to work with. They made sure we were on top of our paperwork and they answered all of the questions we threw at them. Submitting a mortgage application seemed like a piece of cake with them. The early part of the process was a bit of a learning curve for us as it was our first homebuying experience, but once we learned the lingo it was easier to follow.
I should have gone to Brian first, but instead went with the lender that handled my previous mortgage, refinancing, and HELOC. Brian and his team were proactive, responsive, and extremely organized, where my previous lender was slow and seemingly confused. Even better was the fact that Brian was able to quote a rate that two-tenths of a percent lower and closing costs were more than 30% lower.
Brain was the lender that helped me secure my first home. Despite multiple challenges he was able to work the numbers in my favor. He did he best to overcome adversity that he wasn't responsible for and never lost his professionalism. I would recommend Brain to any one especially young Veterans looking to find a home.
