I have used Brian's services three times since 2009. Once for a purchase loan and twice for a refi. Brian is a wonderful broker with which to work and I would recommend him to others without hesitation. We recently purchased a home and used Brian as our Lender. He was so knowledgeable and responsive. Brian was great to work with. He ensured our closing was quick, easy and seamless, working with us to iron out the kinks that always come up. We were moving from the west coast which complicated things. And he got us a great rate! I highly recommend him and Leader Bank.

From pre-approval to follow up after closing, Brian was there for me throughout. I have used him on a refinance, a purchase, and would use him again. He was very good about monitoring the interest rates and made sure that I locked in at the best time.
