Purchasing our first home, my husband and I were completely unsure of how the mortgage process worked. We contacted Brian when we had found a home we liked and he immediately responded, telling us how to fill out the pre-approval paperwork. From that point on he was always available to answer our questions, regardless of the day or time. He worked closely with our real estate agent to make the process smooth and quick. The entire process was smooth and stress free!

Brian was awesome for helping us finance our home. He had so much patience, and could answer all our questions. One thing that amazed me is how quick Brian's results were. He also had a way of explaining everything in simple terms, which made me feel comfortable. I'm so happy our realtor referred us to work with Brain, and would recommend him. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and apprehensive about a lot of the steps in the loan process. Brian helped us navigate through all the steps very well, providing me plenty of information along the way to help us understand how things worked. I have used Brian's services three times since 2009. Once for a purchase loan and twice for a refi. Brian is a wonderful broker with which to work and I would recommend him to others without hesitation. We recently purchased a home and used Brian as our Lender. He was so knowledgeable and responsive.
