Our realtor Andrew Sparkman told us about Brian. I met with Brian over the phone, he was very friendly and professional. I told him how much money we had to put down on a house and how much we needed to barrow. He made it easy he gave me a list of paperwork I will need to provide for him. When we found our forever home we made an offer. Not only were we pre-approved but we had under writers approval which helped out tremendously. Brian is knowledgeable and my wife and I highly recommend him.
