Verified Renter Briar Cove staff and maintenance are great in every way and extremely kind and professional
Great location, responsive management We've been renting here since early spring 2020. Briar Cove is a great location, and new management team has been fantastic. Specifically, maintenance issues are usually taken care of within 24-48 hours. We've recently identified a small lease discrepancy, and the management team very quickly resolved it to our satisfaction. Club house and gym equipment has been updated since coming out of the pandemic. We very much appreciate the refreshing experience here.

Great place to live I’ve lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and am very comfortable. New management has made a huge difference. Office staff is so great now…always friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. I have no plans to leave. ??

Verified Renter I have lived at Briar cove since 2019 and find the apartment location great and its a good safe community with lots of walkable distance stores and restaurants, but the rent increases every year are over 10% so your salary increases are overtaken by rent increases each renewal.

Verified Renter When I look for an apartment I always prioritize the reviews and specifically the reviews of maintenance and the PM staff. So far every single issue both emergency and non emergency have been addressed within the same day or 24 hours which is amazing and appreciated. The maintenance staff who come in are always mindful of our animals and educated us as renters on anything we should or should not be doing regarding our maintenance request which is also appreciated.
