Verified Renter Amazing place to live. Quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly. Feels like a community. I love the fact that the area around my home is so close to so many things and there's a nature feel to when we go for a walk. Love the amenities - especially the hot tub and exercise center.

Nice apartment The apartment is nice but a little small. Getting the vaulted ceilings makes up for it, makes it feel bigger. The washer and dryer are big. Appliances are good quality. Parking is pretty sparse and tight so you probably will have to buy a spot to get a regular one.
Verified Renter Lots of potential to be a remarkable property but it's all wasted on poor oversight and building construction. If anyone asks me about housing, the first words out of my mouth are to avoid Beztak.

Verified Renter My experience at Briar Cove has been one of my most difficult chapters in Ann Arbor and I've lived through fires where I lost everything. So, I can offer some positive feedback on the location of the complex. That aside, my experiences interacting with the property management staff have been challenging, negative, condescending, mean-spirited, and just plain rude. Horribly Mismanaged Lived in the complex for three months and while the check in process was smooth, my experiences have been nothing but poor. In my first week of living here, maintenance came unannounced to replace my front door, and it wasn't until I came home from work that I discovered unmasked maintenance workers had completely removed my front door. Verified Renter The maintenance staff does a good job and responds in a timely manner. However, any issues that have to be handled through the leasing office are handled very poorly. There is poor professionalism and they don't seem to be on the same page and have very poor communication.
