I am in my second apartment in this complex and have lived in Briar Cove for six and a half years.The amenities are great…tennis courts; pool; and exercise room. Trash and recycling is convenient and regularly picked up. One thing that has greatly impressed me is the quick response to maintenance requests-the issues are promptly addressed and fixed in a short span of time. Verified Renter Overall I love Briar Cove! But, this issue is (master bath) really messed up and needs to fixed and finished, properly (not to mention to building code) Don't see a future here without this issue being resolved.

Verified Renter Briar cove is a well managed safe community with lots of stores within walking distance and close to downtown Ann Arbor and parks. Its also near the highway for commuters or people who are generally usually on the move. UoM Eastern and Washtenaw and other schools also near by and the people living hear are friendly and active.
