Verified Renter Nice area and location and amenities. Decent layout and appliances. Management is responsive to most needs. Not cheap but its Ann Arbor. Crowed and noisy, again AA. Its an apartment living.

Verified Renter I have lived in my fair share of apartments and am very happy here. . Any/all staff I havé dealt with has been extremely courteous and prompt with a response, no matter the issue. The grounds are well taken care of as is maintenance of building and individuals units. As a senior citizen I find living here enjoyable and extremely safe. I would highly recommend Briar Cove as an option for just about anyone!
