I had an appmt time. After an hour waiting, my car was still where I had parked upon arrival. We had a recall service ,oil change, tire rotation scheduled. I feel an appmt time should be honored. I asked what's the delay and was told the technician was behind. I asked if the oil change could be done while waiting for the technician. Also, the part for the recall was not available when I scheduled the appmt. I was told they would call me when it arrived. That didn't happen. I called them.
