I came from out of state to buy a truck advertised online. Gave them all my information and everything needed to have the paperwork ready. When I got there, none of the paperwork was filled out. Their "business manager" wasn't there that day so they tried to make me sign multiple blank copies of documents in case there were any errors when the business manager reviewed them later. A ZERO rating! Car left with an oil leak and several damaged wheel lug nuts! Have taken car to this dealer for over 12 years and not one time was there an oil leak aside from sloppy workmanship for residual oil drips on garage floor. This is also the second time wheel lug nuts have been damaged by an untrained individual and failure of quality check when car services were finished. They left the valve stem inner valve loose on the tire they were supposed to fix and it ran flat! Took tire to car help and they fixed the tire!

They mis diagnosed my car. The repair that they did do weren't done correctly.

Vehicle was not serviced at all. The service department scheduled us for a recall repair without verifying they had the necessary parts in stock to do it. We drove over there from Missouri, left our truck, and then were called and told they couldn't do the repair without the parts and would have to order them. Still haven't received a call to let us know the parts are in or to re-schedule the work.
