Worst dentist office I have ever been to. It's their office and account management staff... My dentist told me I needed a special type of cleaning... They submit my claim to the be paid for, my insurance denies claim because, my x-rays show, I didn't need said cleaning. I find all that out at the dentists office, while trying to get my credits back because I refuse to let them handle my crap anymore... Because in October they told me my sons account wasn't paid for. I walk in with my son and im carrying him. The receptionist is on the phone and signs to wait a moment. I'm thinking ok she is on the phone with a client. NO! She was having a personal conversation! She sat there kept talking and going on catching up with whoever while im still standing there holding my son in pain! The other receptionist, running around working is the one who actually comes up to me to tell me they dont treat 2 year olds. Horrible customer service - they don't even answer the phone. Wife called 3 times (during their posted business hours) to schedule appointment, no one answers and she is forced to leave messages that no one returns. Months later we get a card in the mail reminding her to schedule her annual exam - by calling the same number no one answers. Will not return to this, or any, Bright Now ever again.
