Horrible waits! I waited two hours and hadn't even seen a dentist yet! Horrible service! They moved me from room to room because equipment was broken, kept giving me different prices on one specific service, don't trust what they're telling you. Horrible staff, the front desk staff is overworked and probably underpaid, I truly feel for them!

I have a broken tooth went in and was told I would have to be awake to pull the tooth and I know my insurance will cover me to be asleep and not only that nothing was done and I'm in pain then the lady comes to me telling me that I would have to pay $8,000 out of pocket are you freaking kidding me my mouth is hurting no antibiotic or pain meds I will never go back there just sad I have 5 kids working 2 jobs I have a daughter with kidney failure and my 7 year old has a seizure disorder my teeth will just have to rot!!!!

This place is so disrespectful and full of shit I can't even believe it. So now it's time for shit to come out and for the Stockton office on Pacific to be exposed cause they got me all the way fucked up if they think they gonna do my daughters the way they did. Smh I have videos to back up what I'm about to expose they ass on really tho its the manager that the issue is with but she got all her puppets following her lead now so it is what it is hanging up in my face on the phone smh talking to my kids crazy like they are ad... read more

It was an 1 hour and 1/2 before the actual dentist ended up coming to clean my teeth. All reception staff was gone when I left so I couldn't schedule my next appointment. Dentist left a note for them to call next day and no one did. Maybe that's a hint I should look for another place. Facility was very dirty also.
