Hygienist lied about "all" the worked that needed to be done. I have never been told in the past about these issues (things that just don't happen suddenly, would take many many years to form) I questioned her and basically she said I had seen a bad dentist in the past. I got a second opinion on the issues she said existed and all were untrue. After talking to a friend after my visit, she said that had also happened to her with this particular Hygienist too! Needless to say I never returned and found a new reputable Dentist.

I made appointment 2 months ago waited over 1 hours to be seen oral surgeon comes in and performs exam for tooth extraction. Then they waited for insurance approval I was told it was too late for procedure now. I would have to wait another 3 weeks. By then doctor will no longer take my insurance plan. U am very angry and upset about it. The office staff was polite but I have been trying to have tooth pulled since January

Great dentist. TERRIBLE office for orthodontist. Several times my daughter had painful broken brackets and had to wait a month to be seen. The orthodontist is only in one a month and they book out early. If you need to reschedule or have a broken bracket, count on not bring seen for two months. It is beyond ridiculous. They estimated 18 months, and now after over two years of horribly run ortho care, we're electing to get them off early.

All four of our family members have had to leave this practice, because they "strongly recommend" incredibly pricey procedures for every patient that comes in (of course, they'll TOTALLY finance you...how else would they get you to pay for those unaffordable treatments?).
