The first time they told my fiance that he had no dental insurance, which he does and they accept it but they mistyped his info so they said he had none. Today was our second time there, after calling to confirm that they would accept his insurance this time, we made an appointment for 1 o'clock. We sat there for an hour and a half waiting while 3 people that came in after us and 1 walk in were taken before him! No the worst in the world would not take my dogs tooth out you will pay me back for pain, DANGER STAY AWAY BUTCHERS IS WHAT YOU LIKE
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEIR DENTIST ARE BUTCHERS, YOU COME OUT WORSE THAN WHEN YOU WENT IN, BELOW STANDARD OF CARE!!!!! HAS COST US TWICE THE AMOUNT AND 2 DENTISTS LATER HAVING TO HAVE MAJOR SURGERY TO REPAIR THE MESS THAT THEIR DENTIST MADE NOT THE MENTION THE ADDITIONAL PAIN AND SUFFERIG. VERY RUDE STAFF AND DIDN'T EVEN ASSIST ME IN THIS MESS. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT GO THEIR THEY WILL BUTCHER YOU!!

Horrible. Worst customer service ever. They cancel your appointment with no notice and let you drive 50 miles to get there to be told you can't be seen. Dirty waiting room and unprofessional staff. Run far, far away from this scam.
By far the worst experience ever in a doctors office. I went in for a filling which was scheduled in advance. Then was told I needed to reschedule. He was booked and I used the wrong verbiage so they only put me on the books for a limited. I'm pretty sure stating I need a filling is the CORRECT verbiage. I will never return or recommend this horrible dentist office to anyone
Why do you people complain so much about the office staff it's not entirely their fault some patients require more time it's just the same if you go to an ER! This is what happens when you chose a plan that is DMO and if you don't like the Dentist find another one! I miss the prior Dentist, Dr. Thomas, but the new dentist knows what he's doing too!
