Does not show bank transactions properly: Balance in account does not agree with running balance in transaction screen. “Chat” icon covers up menu in phone portrait mode. Billpay does not work on iPad. No response from Support when contacted. This is the second time I’ve posted.

Takes too long to update balance and causes overdraft fees.

BrightStar changed the façade of their app and it is absolutely horrible to use.
I can’t figure out how to use it. I’m panicking.
There is no reason why a bank app should be having maintenance on Saturday morning !!!!!! When yall just updated this app Friday night !!! This is ridiculous you choice a Saturday morning to have this weird issue then no time when it’s going to work again just saying for maintenance fix it !!!
If you think the app mobile is bad, the bank is even worst. They’ve being hacked and the hacker almost stole my identity. Customer service is not bad but they only can go as far as the system goes which it keeps failing them. Please be careful and don’t waste your time. I can’t wait to pay what I owned so I can say goodbye to this trash.
Only app I have trouble with paying my credit card bill and it seems it changes often. Very annoyed!
