Pretty terrible app the layout doesn’t work half the time and it’s hard to find items you need or if you need help with something there’s only the fqa section so no chats or anything it definitely needs an update feels like an app from the early 2000s
Very outdated website with cumbersome handling
I did a mobile deposit of 2 checks the same day and only one check is shown on my account! Where is my other deposit? Cyber world?
BSCU is sending my BSCU mortgage payment 3-4 days after the scheduled payment date.. why???
I have the app but still I am unable to see my statements. Call several times and the problem still have been solved.
I like that it’s user friendly but there is no option for Zelle and not enough credit offers.
Why doesn’t BSCU allow money transfers using Zelle? Do they have a comparable convenient option to send or receive money transfers from other financial institutions?
Could definitely use some updates or upgrades!! Not user friendly compared to other banking apps I’ve used. I just got frustrated and decided not to use the bank at all.
