This app is the worst banking app like seriously it’s now 2024 and this reminds me of when the internet just started. All the crazy links to go through just to get through and to pay May cc bill is difficult
Not so great.
It looks and feels like a starter app and the auto pay function needs to be more user friendly.
Lay out is old we need a re-vamp please I love this family bank. That’s how it feels like family when I do come to this bank but the app just needs to be new generation. Thanks
Pros: The Basic function of checking balance or filtering thru transactions is good. It’s Helpful to find branch locations that BCSU affiliates with in different cities. Cons: The mobile deposit process is annoying and requires multiple picture capture attempts to get one check submitted for deposit and the feature of doing a “quick view” of the account balance literally never works so it should just be removed.
Check deposit app feature does not work
Can’t get Bill Pay to work and can’t get any assistance from customer service. Leave message and no call back.
Mobile deposit feature is absolute crap. It consistently fails with a message about wording required. The app tells you to put: For Mobile Deposit Only at BrightStar Credit Union. BUT, when you do so it WILL NOT upload, saying you MUST use: Mobile Deposit only at BrightStar CU. BUT, still a fail! It just keeps REPEATING the same messages over and over…until you drive to the bank.
Bright Star Credit Union has been around a long time, but their web site is very complicated to use . Everyone else out their has mastered how to make checking on your account / funds etc so pleasant and easy and quick … Do your own research we all want simple and easy to search out accounts.
