My partner and I recently opened an account here and started using the app. I can only say - nothing is easy to do or use with any part of this process. The app is clunky and the institution and app do not offer the ease of use that bigger, national banks do.
I will say the cute icons added to let us know if the charge is gas, laundry, restaurant, etc. is very helpful; however, where is our history of statements, payments and charges??? It works, which is the most important thing. The UX/UI is giving 2003, which makes it displeasing to look at and use. However, it’s an accurate mobile translation of the outdated website.
Move the phone right, image moves left. Move up, image goes down. Also forces landscape in vertical.
The employees are beyond excellent and friendly. If Bright Star application had Zelle, to send and receive money, I will use the Bank for my regular check deposits and more. Thanks
The app is fine for the most part. But for years now there hasn’t been an option to request a new or replace card (debit or credit) I haven’t had a card for a few years because I just do not have time to go into a bank and talk to someone, nor have the patience to talk to an automated system. Being able to request a new card that has expired would be great. Also being able to receive zelle would be the best thing ever
